Beta. MCP Connections are currently available to a limited set of customers during Beta. If you’d like to participate, request access here.
Step 1: Allow Mixpanel in Atlassian (Atlassian admin)
Atlassian only lets AI tools connect through OAuth from domains an admin has allowed. Mixpanel is not on Atlassian’s default list of supported domains, so an Atlassian organization admin needs to add it once for your organization.- Go to Atlassian Administration and select your organization.
- Select Rovo, then Rovo MCP server.
-
Under domain settings, click Add domain and enter the pattern for the Mixpanel region your organization uses:
- Save your changes.
Step 2: Add the Connection in Mixpanel
- Go to Settings → Personal Settings → MCP Connections.
- Click Add Connection and choose Jira.
- Click Connect. A popup opens to Atlassian’s sign-in page.
- Sign in with your Atlassian account and approve access.
- When the popup shows “Successfully connected”, close it and return to Mixpanel.
